Dice camera actio12/28/2023 ![]() ![]() He's not getting any younger and might want to do his own stuff, or work in freelance and do other RPG work. He might see 5.5e as his ideal exit point. He's been in the industry professionally since 1997 and always been part of Wizards and the D&D team. I also think Chris might be hanging it up in 2024 or shortly after. I know if I were Chris Perkins I probably would not want to spend my time running Dragon of Icespire Peak in 2022/23. It's also very possible that after they had to move the show they just all didn't want to do it anymore it's easy to get a new, shiny idea and be more excited for that than to go back to an old idea. Chris always streamed for DCA from the Wizards offices and we're not sure what degree theyre actually in the offices even now, on a day to day basis.
